Join us for the 5th Annual Juneteenth Solidarity Ride!
This is a FREE, family-friendly, and inclusive event. We'll ride at a relaxed pace with no one left behind. Of course, helmets are a must, and we'll keep it legit by following traffic laws. And don't worry about hydration or snacks, we've got you covered!
WHEN: Saturday, June 14, 2025
REGISTRATION: On-site registration at 8am. On-line registration closes on
Friday, June 13, 2025 at 5pm EST.
Wheels down at 9am.
WHERE: Shawnee Park, 4501 W Broadway, Louisville, Ky 40211.
PARKING: On Shawnee Park Road. Meet at restrooms across from football field.

There are 3 route options: 13, 24, and 50 miles!
The 13-mile route kicks off and wraps up in the breathtaking Shawnee Park, with an added loop through the charming
Willow Park.
But hold onto your handlebars, there's more! If you're feeling extra adventurous, you can opt for the 24-mile route, a rollercoaster ride through the stunning Cherokee Park, with an added loop around the greenery of Seneca Park.
For the ultimate challenge, take the 50-mile route for a journey through Seneca and back to Broadway.
Along the way, you'll be treated to picturesque views of the serene Southwestern Parkway and the vast Ohio Levee Trail.

Picture this: President Lincoln signs the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863, but it takes a staggering two and a half years for the news to reach Texas - the most distant of the Union states! Finally, on June 19, 1865, freedom rang for enslaved African-Americans in Galveston, Houston, TX, marking the first Juneteenth. Fast forward to 2020, and Juneteenth is now a national holiday!
